Aboriginal Mothers and Babies Support Worker

Rural Health Tasmania is looking for an Aboriginal Mothers and Babies Support Worker to join our team and support Aboriginal women, babies and families across our community.

This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting families, building strong relationships and creating culturally safe spaces where Aboriginal mothers and babies can thrive.

You will work alongside families to provide practical support, health promotion, referrals and connections to services, while also supporting engaging group activities for mothers, babies and families.

Part time role .6 FTE Based in Ulverstone
